HOW AND WHY BEAR BUILDS THESE PRAYERS THE WAY HE DOES AND WHY YOU SHOULD BE SAYING THEM OFTEN!
Originally, I came from the Word of Faith movement; that is also called
"Word" congregations [i]
; these groups were also known as "Word of faith." Teachers adhered
to by these groups came up with sayings like "confession brings possession;"
or, "you can have what you say." Other so-called Christians did
a take off on that calling it "blab it and grab it." One of the
things that happened was the carnal would take this teaching/doctrine and
try to use it to satisfy their own lusts of the flesh. They were approved
of in doing this by some of their own pastors and teachers by the example
they set. So, perhaps being called the "blab it and grab it" bunch
wasn't really that far off. When I was born again I promised Jah [ii]
two things: 1) that I would never renounce Jahshuwah's [iii]
name even in the face of threatened death (martyrdom); 2) that I would read
the Scriptures [iv]
and do what they said. A teacher pointed out that to meditate meant to mutter.
I asked myself, what am I to mutter? I found the first part of my answer in
Joshua 1:
7 Be strong and very courageous. Be careful to obey all the law my servant Moses gave you; do not turn from it to the right or to the left, that you may be successful wherever you go. 8 Do not let this Book of the Law depart from your mouth; meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do everything written in it. Then you will be prosperous and successful. 9 Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be terrified; do not be discouraged, for the Jahuwah your Mighty Creator will be with you wherever you go."
I have learned that the word meditate means more than just to think on; it means to put forth, speak, sing, study and ponder. I derived from this that I was to not only study and ponder Jah's Word; but also, put forth, speak, and sing it. My conclusion is affirmed in Deuteronomy 11:18 Therefore shall ye lay up these my words in your heart and in your soul,
What is meant by This Phrase?
When I was in college I majored in psychology and could not help but learn some rudimentary principles about how the mind works. If all you do is read this article, most of what is here will be quickly forgotten. Have you ever noticed that if you asked someone that just left a service what the sermon was about just hours before, they probably will have to think real hard to come up with the topic of the service? If you play a tape of the service even months later, most likely they will recognize that they were at the service. This is called recognition memory. Recognition memory comes in handy when you are taking a multiple choice test. Recognition memory only forms an input pattern on the neurons in your brain. You recognize the referenced message when you hear it on the tape because the previously existing, but quickly fading, patterns in the neurons of the brain are being retraced by the stimulus of the tape of the message. We are recognizing the stimulus as one we have had before.
When they struggle to remember without the assistance of listening to the tape they are struggling with what is called "recall memory." For recall memory to be at its' very best an output pattern in the neurons of the brain must be formed at the earliest possible time to when the input pattern is being formed.
One of the most effective ways to facilitate recall memory in the example of a service would be for the attendee to constantly mentally test herself as she hears the message. She could ask herself periodically throughout the message, what is a summary of the speaker's points so far? She would then try her best to re-remember the speaker's points up until then.
Another way to facilitate recall memory is to take notes. From a neurological standpoint, the points notes are made on must be stored in short term memory long enough to come out at the tip of the pen. Further, simultaneously an output pattern is formed in the neurons of the brain that will later be used by the brain to facilitate recall memory.
The input and output pattern on the neurons of the brain are like moss plants on the bottom of a river; the river flows over the plants in a certain direction, the plants get used to it and are predisposed to bend with the flow of the river. What we are trying to accomplish when trying to facilitate recall memory is to habituate the neurons in the memory pattern we want to remember to the flow of both in and out. In Psalm 119:112 David says, "I have inclined my heart to perform Your statutes forever, even to the end." (Emphasis added) The word inclined" is the Hebrew word nawtaw Strong's Hebrew #5186; it means: bend, bow, to stretch out, influence, extend; just like the moss in the river. Predisposed means to make (someone) inclined to something in advance. Habituate means to accustom by frequent repetition or prolonged exposure.
Still another way to facilitate recall memory would be to simply re-say everything the speaker says in a mimicking sort of fashion. Doing this would also form the output pattern described above.
The more often these neurological patterns, both input and output, are retraced by hearing, seeing, saying, re-remembering, or writing them, the more deeply ingrained they become and the harder they are to forget and the more easy they are to recall. Like a river cuts a canyon, His Words cut canyons in your neurons.
Now let's look at the underlying words in this phrase from Deuteronomy 11:18:
The phrase "lay up" is Strong's number 7760 (suwm {soom} or siym {seem}) meaning to put, place, set, appoint, make, lay (violent) hands on, direct toward, ordain, establish, plant, fix, transform into, or bring to pass. My Zodhiates, Hebrew-Greek Key Study Scriptures (Zodhiates hereafter) has some interesting phrases explaining these words; in pertinent part "The basic meaning is to put something somewhere"; "to establish a new relationship;" "to bring about a change."
The Father wants us to violently lay our hands upon His Word and place it, or fix it somewhere. By doing so he wants us to establish a new relationship with it that brings about a change in us!
The phrase "these my words" are Strong's number 1697 (dabar), meaning, speech, word(s), speaking, thing; utterance; business, occupation, or acts. My Zodhiates has some interesting words to help in explaining these words; in pertinent part; command, promise, incident, occurrence, history; a report of what is done; an account of the actions.
So, His "Words" includes what they mean, what He has said, His business or occupation, and His acts. It also means His Commands, promises, incidents and occurrences; history; reports of what has been done and accounts of His actions. In other words, all that is recounted in the scriptures.
As children we may have gone to work with dad and watching him in his business or occupation and this may have had a profound impact on our lives.
The phrase "in your heart" is Strong's #3824 (lebab {lay-bawb'}) meaning inner man, mind, understanding, thinking, reflection, memory, inclination, resolution, determination (of will), conscience, heart (of moral character), seat of appetites, seat of emotions and passions, and seat of courage.
These words are describing the where that He wants us to fix His Words. He wants us to think about it, reflect on it, memorize it and be inclined toward it. He wants us to fix it in our mind that we are determined to do it. If we do that it will be our conscience; it will change our moral character; it will change our appetites; it will change our emotions and passions; it will give us courage (see Joshua 1:7).
The phrase "and in your soul" is Strong's #5315 (nephesh) meaning soul, self, life, creature, person, appetite, mind, living being, desire, emotion, passion, that which breathes, the breathing substance or being, soul, the inner being of man, the man himself, person or individual, seat of the appetites, seat of emotions and passions, activity of mind, activity of the will, and activity of the character. My Zodhiates has some interesting discussion on the word; "Another important meaning of nephesh is life, the vital principle which results in death when it leaves the body." He also says about this word, "Unlike the Western view, the Hebrew conception was "the inner self" and "the outer appearance." i.e., what one is to oneself and what one appears to those who observe him." He says it "refers to the feelings of the mind [it] is what possesses the appetite the soul may yearn for Jah's law or His salvation The greatest command in the entire OT was to love Jah with the whole heart and soul."
I think from the differences in the words defining heart and soul we can ascertain that they are two different things. I suppose it must be possible to lay His Words up "in your heart" but not "in your soul" or vice versa. Jah wants us to lay His Words up in both. When He says He wants them laid up in our soul, He must want them firmly established in the inner most part of our being to the point that they are like a reflex to us in such a manner that it affects how others see us. He wants us to have a mastery of His Word that is so complete that it is like the reflex of breathing or blinking; being so ingrained in us that we do His Word without thinking about it.
and bind them for a sign upon your hand,
The word "bind" is Strong's #7194 meaning bind together, league together, conspire, to be bound, to bind on, to bind fast, or to bind to oneself. I wonder if you wrote His Word would He consider that binding it to your hand? Deuteronomy 17:18 says, "And it shall be, when he sitteth upon the throne of his kingdom, that he shall write him a copy of this law in a book out of that which is before the priests the Levites:"
The phrase "for a sign" is Strong's #226 ('owth {oth}) meaning a distinguishing mark, banner, remembrance, miraculous, omen, or warning. My Zodhiates to describe this word uses "standard." It also says, "Most of the occurrences of owth have the flavor of the miraculous an indicator or signal of something to remember an event to excite attention or consideration an inducement to believe what was affirmed, professed, or promised It was the acid test of prophesy a guiding pillar." Look at how much of this involves writing or printing. Our handwriting is a distinguishing mark. A banner is something written or printed. When we want make a remembrance of something we write it down. Warnings are printed on a label or instructions. His Word is the standard by which we will be judged. With this sign He is trying to induce us to believe what He has affirmed, professed, or promised.
that they may be as frontlets between your eyes.
Respecting these "frontlets" between our eyes I found this on the net:
The frontlets between our eyes (our forehead) represents what we think and believe.
If we are going to fulfill the greatest
commandment to love [Jahuwah] with all our heart, mind, soul and strength
(Deut 6:4-5, Mark 12:28-31), we must ALWAYS have our thoughts upon [Jahuwah].
If we ALWAYS have our thoughts upon [Jahuwah] and keeping His commandments,
it will affect what we DO.

19 And ye shall teach them your children,
If you've read this far into this article you must know by now that teaching is forming an output pattern on your neurons and is helping with recall memory. In Matthew 5:19 it is promised,
"Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven."
Speaking of them when thou sittest in thine house, and when thou walkest by the way, when thou liest down, and when thou risest up.
Leviticus 23:3 commands us, "Six days shall work be done, but the seventh day is the Sabbath of rest, a set-apart convocation or assembly by summons." The word "convocation" in this scripture means a calling together for a reading or recitation.
Jahshuwah himself was in the custom of doing this as can be seen in Luke 4:16 where it is written:
" as his custom was, he went into the synagogue on the Sabbath day, and stood up for to read. 17 And there was delivered unto him the book of the prophet Isaiah. And when he had opened the book, he found the place where it was written " (Emphasis added)
I submit to you that since, "It is sufficient for the disciple to be like his teacher (Matthew 10:25) that if Jahshuwah/Jahuwah is our teacher then we would also read the scriptures aloud; not only on the Sabbath but also at the other times that the scripture commands.
So we can see that the Sabbaths were planned by Jahuwah for the reading aloud of His Word. So, speaking Jahuwah's Word and hearing ourselves or others saying it is another method of ingraining His Word into output patterns in our brain straight from His Word.
20 And thou shalt write them upon the door posts of thine house, and upon thy gates: 21
And above is still one more.
Now look, we get some wonderful prizes when we obey His Word:
That your days may be multiplied, and the days of your children, in the land which Jahuwah sware unto your fathers to give them, as the days of heaven upon the earth. 22 For if ye shall diligently keep all these commandments which I command you, to do them, to love the Jahuwah your Mighty Creator, to walk in all His ways, and to cleave unto Him; 23 Then will the Jahuwah drive out all these nations from before you, and ye shall possess greater nations and mightier than yourselves.
Why These Prayers Are in Present Tense?
These prayers are present tense because Romans 4:17 describes how Jahuwah works:
(As it is written, I have made thee a father of many nations,) before him whom he believed, even Jahuwah, who quickens the dead, and calls those things which be not as though they were.
In Luke 6:40 Jahshuwah teaches:
The disciple is not above his master: but every one that is perfect shall be as his master.
If we would obtain unto perfection then, we must become like Jahshuwah. One of the ways we will become like Him we will not only quicken the dead but will call those things which be not as though they were. This principle is described in more detail in Mark 11:23-24:
23 For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, "Be removed and be cast into the sea,' and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says. 24 Therefore I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them.
Meditate on this one a bit and see if you don't arrive at the same conclusion I have; when we believe we receive we will change what we say. We will talk about the thing spoken to as if it had already obeyed what we spoke to it even though we don't see it in the natural. We will do as is written in 2 Cor. 5:7 and, " walk by faith, not by sight " Examples of Jahshuwah doing this are:
Luke 4:17 "17 And there was delivered unto him the book of the prophet Esaias. And when he had opened the book, he found the place where it was written, 18 The Spirit of Jahuwah is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised,
19 To preach the acceptable year of Jahuwah.
20 And he closed the book, and he gave it again to the minister, and sat down. And the eyes of all them that were in the synagogue were fastened on him. 21 And he began to say unto them, This day is this scripture fulfilled in your ears. (Emphasis added)
At the time He was reading this to them He had yet to do any of the things mentioned; and yet He spoke as though it was already accomplished.
Luke 5:20 "20 And when he saw their faith, he said unto him, Man, thy Torah violations are forgiven thee. 21 And the scribes and the Pharisees began to reason, saying, Who is this which speaks blasphemies? Who can forgive Torah violations, but [Jahuwah] alone? 22 But when [Jahshuwah] perceived their thoughts, he answering said unto them, What reason ye in your hearts? 23 Whether is easier, to say, Thy Torah violations be forgiven thee; or to say, Rise up and walk? 24 But that ye may know that the Son of man hath power upon earth to forgive Torah violations, (he said unto the sick of the palsy,) I say unto thee, Arise, and take up thy couch, and go into your house. 25 And immediately he rose up before them, and took up that whereon he lay, and departed to his own house, magnifying Jahuwah. (Emphasis added)
Luke 7:8 "For I also am a man set under authority, having under me soldiers, and I say unto one, Go, and he goeth; and to another, Come, and he cometh; and to my servant, Do this, and he doeth it. (People obeyed his word because of his being under authority.) 9 When Jahshuwah heard these things, he marveled at him, and turned him about, and said unto the people that followed him, I say unto you, I have not found so great faith, no, not in Israel. 10 And they that were sent, (They went because Jahshuwah spoke the Word; just like the Centurion suggested He do.) Returning to the house, found the servant whole that had been sick. (Emphasis added)
These examples could go on and on; in general, before Jahshuwah did a miracle, He spoke about it as though it was already done.
WHY THE PRAYERS ARE IN POSSESSIVE TENSE
J.B. Phillips, The New Testament Modern English says in 2 Corinthians 1:18-20[pagan names removed intentionally]:
We solemnly assure you that as certainly as Jahuwah is faithful so we have never given you a message meaning "yes" and "no". Jahshuwah the Anointed One, the Son of Jahuwah was himself of no doubtful quantity; He is the divine "yes". Every promise of Jahuwah finds its affirmative in Him, and through Him can be said the final let it be so, to the glory of Jahuwah. Both you and we owe our position in the Anointed One to this Mighty One of positive promise "
The Amplified Scriptures puts 2 Corinthians 1:20 [pagan names removed] like this:
For as many as are the promises of Jahuwah, they all find their Yes [answer] in Him [the Anointed One]. For this reason we also utter the so be it to Jahuwah through Him [in His Person and by His agency] to the glory of Jahuwah.
Another reason the prayers are in a possessive tense comes from Mark 11:24. Jahshuwah says in the Amplified version:
24 For this reason I am telling you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe (trust and be confident) that it is granted to you, and you will [get it].
The King James Version reads:
24 Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.
If we believe we have received the promises set out in these prayers I've made out of scripture it will affect how we talk about the promises. We need to talk about the promises in the possessive tense as if we already received the promise.
There is still another reason for transforming the prayers into a possessive tense coming from Job 22:28; again from the Amplified version:
You shall also decide and decree a thing, and it shall be established for you; and the light [of Jahuwah's favor] shall shine upon your ways.
I meditated on this scripture and was shown that we must first decide what we want. I want Jahuwah's promises and I hope that you do as well. Then, we make a decree that it will happen. http://Dictionary.com defines decree as, "An authoritative order having the force of law To ordain, establish, or decide by decree. See Synonyms at dictate." Decree is Strong's H# 1504. A synopsis of what it means is to cut, divide, cut down, cut off, cut in two, snatch, decree, to be cut off, separated, or excluded. From this I conclude that when you "decree" something you have declared that nothing will happen except what is included in the decree; everything else is excluded.
After we've done those things, Jahuwah shines a light on the path that shows us how to arrive at the end result we have decreed.
Proverbs 18:21 should have us wanting to say Jahuwah's Word; it says in the King James Version:
Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof.
And the Amplified version says it this way:
Death and life are in the power of the tongue, and they who indulge in it shall eat the fruit of it [for death or life].
Let's indulge ourselves in words of life by speaking Jahuwah's Word.
WHY THE PRAYERS ARE FIRST PERSON
John 12:48 in the King James version reads:
He who rejects Me, and does not receive My words, has that which judges him--the word that I have spoken will judge him in the last day.
The Amplified version reads:
Anyone who rejects Me and persistently sets Me at naught, refuse Torah violation to accept My teachings, has his judge [however]; for the [very] message that I have spoken will itself judge and convict him at the last day.
As a result of saying my Psalm 119 prayers I have more a more intimate understanding of verse 130 from the Amplified version:
The entrance and unfolding of Your Words give light; their unfolding gives understanding, discernment, and comprehension to the simple.
What I got is this. If a table cloth is folded up it appears smaller than it really is. When you unfold the table cloth you find out how big it really is. This is sort of analogous with Jahuwah's Word; there is always more there than there appears to be at first glance. Now, if the table cloth is made out of the right kind of material, when you are unfolding it it will generate static electricity/energy/light. The light that comes from the unfolding of Jahuwah's Word takes the form of "understanding, discernment, and comprehension." That is something we all need more of.
There a couple ways I've uncovered to unfold Jah's Word; one of them is to mutter it out loud; the other is to sit and look up each word in the concordance looking for additional understanding that was not conveyed in the words selected by the translators. As I was saying John 12:48 as part of my John prayers I took an interest in the phrase, "Anyone who rejects Me and persistently sets Me at naught " and I went to http://www.blueletterbible.org to look each and every word in John 12:48 in the concordance there. I incorporated these extra words into John 12:48 and came up with my own amplified version:
He that thwarts the efficacy of, nullifies, makes void, or frustrates Me, and fails to lay hold of, to take upon himself in order to use, and make it his own and claim it so as not to let go; whoever fails to associate with me as my companion or attendant giving me access to himself by striving to obtain and appropriate to himself what I have uttered by My living voice (rhema), hath one that separates as the separating of the goats from the sheep by a shepard, picks out, selects, or chooses him: the declarations, decrees, maxims, mandates, orders, moral precepts, instructions and sayings (logos) that I have spoken in order to declare My mind and disclose My thoughts, the same shall separate, pick out, select, choose, approve, and pronounce an opinion concerning whether he was right or wrong, as is my prerogative as a king, in the last day.
Pay attention to this phrase with respect to why the prayers I write are first person, "He that thwarts the efficacy of, nullifies, makes void, or frustrates Me, and fails to lay hold of, to take upon himself in order to use, and make it his own and claim it so as not to let go " We can thwart the efficacy of, nullify, make void, or frustrate Jah's Word and Jahuwah himself by failing to give it a voice. We need to let it come out of our mouth. When we say the prayers in the first person we lay hold of Jahuwah's promises, take upon ourselves in order to use, make them our own and claim them so as not to let go. Maybe the so called "name it and claim" people weren't so far off. When we say Jah's Word throughout the day as much as we can we associate with Him (John 1:14 says that Jahshuwah was the Word that was made flesh and dwelt among us) as His companion or attendant. Jahuwah/Jahshuwah is in that Word! When we say Jah's Word over and over we are giving Jahshuwah access to ourselves by striving to obtain and appropriate to ourselves what He has uttered by His living voice (rhema). Jahuwah wants us to have those promises and He has shown us how to appropriate them to ourselves. There is no other way to obtain them!
We can know by the remainder of the passage that what:
separates as the separating of the goats from the sheep by a shepard, picks out, selects, or chooses him: the declarations, decrees, maxims, mandates, orders, moral precepts, instructions and sayings (logos) that I have spoken in order to declare My mind and disclose My thoughts, the same shall separate, pick out, select, choose, approve, and pronounce an opinion concerning whether he was right or wrong, as is my prerogative as a king, in the last day.
If we have been saying the right thing, Jahuwah's Word, and giving Him access to our thoughts; attempting to appropriate unto ourselves His promises, we will be separated with the sheep and be approved as correct; if we have not, we will be separated with the goats and will be declared to be wrong. Remember, Joshua 1:8 says:
Do not let this Book of the Law depart from your mouth; meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do everything written in it. (Emphasis mine)
Part of being one of the sheep is speaking the Word every chance we get. If you are not doing that, you may be one of the goats. I guarantee you that if you are not speaking Jah's Word you will not be a doer of the Word! In fact, if you are not speaking it every chance you get, you are already not a doer of the Word because a big part of that is speaking Jah's Word. My prayer for John 12:48 ended up looking like this:
I don't thwart the efficacy of, nullify, make void, or frustrate Jahshuwah, I lay hold of, take upon myself in order to use, and make His promises my own and claim them so as to not to let them go; I associate with Jahshuwah as His companion or attendant giving Him access to myself by striving to obtain and appropriating to myself what He has uttered by His living voice (rhema), Jahshuwah separates, picks out, selects, or chooses me: the declarations, decrees, maxims, mandates, orders, moral precepts, instructions and sayings (logos) that He has spoken in order to declare His mind and disclose His thoughts, the same shall separate, pick out, select, choose, approve, and pronounce an opinion concerning whether I was right or wrong, as is His prerogative as a king, in the last day.
As you can see, I took all the negative stuff and turned it into a positive; I made Jah's Word into a decree. I am only going to say what I want to end up with; I want to end up with the life part of the power of my tongue; that is the fruit I want to eat.
There is a scripture I say in my Isaiah prayers, Isaiah 33:24 (AMP):
And no inhabitant [of Zion] will say, I am sick; the people who dwell there will be forgiven their iniquity and guilt.
The prayer itself reads like this:
As an inhabitant of Zion I do not say I am sick; I dwell in Zion and I am forgiven my iniquity and guilt.
I have learned that the word Zion is better spelled like the Hebrew because if it is not it means something else; the better spelling is Tsion. As I muttered this part of my prayers I was shown that Tsion is a place that we can live in today, and the way we go to live there is by our obedience. One of the things that the obedient do is refuse to say the circumstances; they refuse to say what they do not want. They only say what they do want. An inhabitant in Tsion may actually begin to feel sick but will not say they are because they understand the fruit of the tongue principle by virtue of their obedience. The other reason they will not say they are sick is because of their obedience; they live under the blessing of being doers of Jahuwah's Word. You can read about those blessings in Deuteronomy 28:1-14; there is no mention of sickness. In the curses of Deuteronomy 28:15 to the end of the chapter there are numerous references to all manner of diseases and sicknesses. These curses go to the disobedient.
I was diagnosed with Lymphoma; a cancer that is very systemic that quickly kills most people that get it. I refused to say death words. Instead I spoke Jahuwah's Words; I shall live and not die and declare His works and by His stripes I have been healed. I continued to say that even though there was a gross rash in my armpits and my groin that was giving off a horrendous stench and my body was itchy all over. When I learned about it my girlfriend at the time was with me. I told her what I had been diagnosed with but then told her emphatically not to tell anyone else. I did not need to be fighting their words as well as the cancer. I spoke Jah's Word every time I smelled the stench, itched, or saw the rash on my groin and armpits. The battle raged on for about six months. I woke up one day and it was gone! This was Jahuwah confirming His Word with signs and wonders following! See Mark 16:20.
Here are some more scriptures that I haven't had time to incorporate into this article about speaking the word:
Isa. 51
He has put His words in my mouth and has covered me with the shadow of His hand and He has said to me and to Zion, "You are My people."
Isa. 55
My word that goes out from my mouth:
It will not return to me void,
but will accomplish what I desire
and achieve the purpose for which I sent it.
Isa. 58
I keep my feet from breaking the Sabbath
and from doing as I please on His set-apart day,
I call the Sabbath a delight
and Jah's set-apart day honorable,
I honor it by not going my own way
and not doing as I please or speaking idle words,
Isa. 59
This is His covenant with me, His Spirit, who is on me, and His words that He has put in my mouth will not depart from my mouth, or from the mouths of my children, or from the mouths of their descendants from this time on and forever.
Isa. 7:9
Father, I will believe and trust and rely on Your Word and the words of your prophets in order that I may be established and remain.
Isa. 10
Father I thank you that you will inflict punishment on the fruit of the thoughts, words, and deeds of the stout and arrogant heart.
Isa. 11:4
I shall smite the earth and the oppressor with the rod of my mouth, and with the breath of my lips I shall slay the wicked.
Isa. 33
Father, I thank you that since Torah violation I walk righteously and speak uprightly;
Isa. 49
Father, thank You that You have made my mouth like a sharp sword;
Isa. 50
Jah has given Me the tongue of a disciple and of one who is taught
Proverbs 22
17 I incline my ear to listen to and obey the words of the ones shrewd, crafty, and cunning in the Word, I set my mind on discernment, understanding, and wisdom; 18 For it will be sweet, lovely, and agreeable if I keep them in the seat of my mental faculties, believing them and being united with them; my lips will be accustomed to confessing Torah violation them.
John 5
37And the Father Who sent me has Himself testified concerning me. I give ear to His voice. I hear His voice and see the vision of Him. I have His Word or His Thoughts living in my heart; I believe, adhere to, trust in and rely on Him Whom He has sent. I keep His message living in my heart, because I believe in the Messenger Whom He has sent.
John 15:7-9
Since I abide continually in Him and His Words remains in me and lives in my heart, I ask whatever I will, and it is done for me. I produce much fruit , and My Father is honored and glorified, and I show and prove myself to be a true follower of Him. I abide in His love because I keep His commandments; continually obeying His instructions; just as Jahshuwah has obeyed His Father's commandments and lived on in His love.
