Someone who believes the UCC will deliver him from oppression wrote Dr. Ed Rivera:

 “Dear Dr. Rivera, the form attached was filed with one of the 50 States, and is possibly the first step to freedom, if completed correctly, include any Doc. that was Gov. issued. Since our corrupt Gov. has enslaved us, with invisible (ucc) contracts, the way out of that, may begin with finding and filing of UCC forms to reverse this "STATE" "CONDITION" we find ourselves in.”

 

“The next step to freedom is to file a Security Agreement, and a Bill of Exchange, and find one of my old bank accounts that I closed, to use as a non-cash account, that is what is needed to exchange contracts as apposed to money. This process will convert me/you into a creditor, as apposed to a debtor, that we have all become. And may receive funds into the non-cash account, I then will bill the non-cash account and withdraw the funds, just as the international bankers' have been doing. Do you know of the correct UCC filing of these forms, or know of, an expert in UCC forms? and where they are to be sent/filed? Your thoughts?  Again thank you for all you've done. Vince”

 

Dr. Rivera replies:

 

“Vince, everything is divisible by two…”

 

I was just thinking about this today and yesterday. The government, and the paycheck anticipators that work there, like the fact that law is all about words. The Internal Revenue Service for example has been told straight up several times by the Supreme Court that income is not everything that comes in. Federal Congress knows that income is not everything that comes in. However, they both still treat everyone as if income is everything that comes in because in order for us to find someone with authority that agrees with us that income is not everything that comes in we are going to have work our way through three levels of courts and several levels of administrative hearings and appeals, relying the whole time upon our understanding of what words mean in both the statutes and the rules and hoping the entire time that we will find someone in the government camp that agrees with us as to what all of those words mean; or, at a minimum will treat us fairly as to what the meaning of the words are. The reality is that unless the people involved in the process agree with government interpretation of what the words mean, they cannot work there! If they let someone work there that doesn’t tow the official government line as to the meaning of the words, they would be opposing their very employer. This stacked deck is the reason the leaning upon, relying upon, and putting our confidence in Jahuwah; getting a plan from Him and putting it into action or effect is so vital to success, freedom, rights and sovereignty. To me what Ed means by “divisible by two” is that there is two ways words can go; for my benefit or the governments. How “is” is defined is determined by the parties to the controversies motivation. The man/woman that files the UCC paperwork asserts that it means that they are free; the judge who reads it rules that it is meaningless and that it had no effect on your status. In James 4:12 it is written, “One only is the Lawgiver and Judge Who is able to save and to destroy [the One Who has the absolute power of life and death].” Here’s a rhyme; Jahuwah sets out in His Word how to be free, and he never mentions the UCC. J  Dr. Rivera continues: 

 

“…until one gets to the truth…”

 

In Psalm 119:160 it is written, “The sum of Your Word is truth [1] [1] the total of the full meaning of all Your individual precepts; and every one of Your righteous decrees endures forever.” In Psalm 119:122 it is written, “Your Torah is truth.” Jahuwah is not a paycheck anticipator! He is free from any form of bias and what He thinks and says goes. I have been seeing in my own life that when I apply myself to the Torah Jahuwah sees to it that the paycheck anticipators are never able to even have the opportunity to divide words in favor of the government and against me. I was promised that He would be an enemy to my enemies and an adversary to my adversaries and I believe that He has let the paycheck anticipators know that if they mess with me He will mess with them! I think they know that would not be a pretty picture. Dr. Rivera continues:

 

“…that is [the Creator].”

 

Here, Dr. Rivera uses the name of a pagan deity that has been banned from this group. Jahuwah’s Words are Spirit and they are life. In John 1 Jahshuwah is called “the Word”. So, absent the reference to the pagan deity there is truth in the idea that the Creator is truth. I will forward this to Dr. Rivera and see if I can get him thinking about the Creators Name. Dr. Rivera continues:

 

“The UCC must forever remain in that half that is evil, because only [the Creator]'s law is always unwritten.”

 

I am going to agree with Dr. Rivera here. The Torah is the “logos”, or, written Word. However, without speaking the Word out loud, or, meditating on it we cannot understand what the Words really mean and how to apply them in our life to obtain success, freedom, rights and sovereignty.  Dr. Rivera continues:

 

“Written law always produces loose ends and more questions.  There can be no correct filing of forms in the Kingdom of [Jahuwah].  Hell on earth is standing endless lines filing one form after another. After death hell is a never ending bureaucratic torment.  Getting on [Jahuwah]'s good side requires a rejection of written law because that is where the hand of Satan can be found guiding the hand of legislation.”

 

In Matthew 4:8-9 it is written, “Again, the devil took Him up on a very high mountain and showed Him all the kingdoms of the world and the splendor, magnificence, preeminence, and excellence of them. And he said to Him, These things, all taken together, I will give You, if You will prostrate Yourself before me and do homage and worship me.” In Isaiah 40:17 it is written, “All nations before him are as nothing; and they are counted to him less than nothing, and vanity.” Jahshuwah did not dispute that all of these kingdoms were Satan’s to give. It is also noteworthy that the United States was included in the “all”.  In Deuteronomy 28:15 of Bear’s Prayers it is written, “But if I will not obey the voice of Jahuwah my Mighty Creator, being watchful to do all His commandments and His statutes  which He commands ME this day, then all these curses shall come upon ME and overtake ME…Jahuwah  shall bring me and my king whom I have set over me to a nation which neither I nor my fathers have known, [2] [2] and there I shall be  forced to serve [3] [3] pagan deities [4] [4], of wood and stone. [5] [5]” People using UCC filing to try and set themselves free and obtain their rights fail to recognize that their rights and freedoms were not lost by failing to file UCC paperwork but rather by failing to hear and to do all that Jahuwah commands! Dr. Rivera continues:

 

“You will find no peace and you will have no freedom until you can see that written law is filled with snares and dead ends.  Only [Jahuwah] can implant The Law directly in your heart through [Jahushuwah the Messiah].”

 

The way I see it, after all these years of study of the Scripures, is that we have a role to play in having “The Law” in our hearts. Ephesians 5:26 makes reference to “…the washing of water by the word…” David says in Psalm 119:11, “Your Word have I stored up in my heart [6] [6], that I might not sin against You.” Dr. Rivera continues:

 

“You have failed to learn the objective lessons of the written law that reveal it to be a base commercial system.  You cannot serve [Jahuwah] and mammon, because the rules for each are inimical.”

 

Inimical=hostile to each other. In James 4:4 of Bear’s Prayers it is written, “If I conform with, am in agreement with, or am in harmony with the mass of people unfriendly or hostile to Jahuwah I will be in a state of deep-seated ill-will with Jahuwah. If I associate familiarly with those unfriendly or hostile to Jahuwah, Jahuwah will be at war with me.” None of us wants to be at war with Jahuwah! In Psalm 1:1 of Bear’s Prayers it is written, “I advance, make progress, and go straight on [7] [7] because I habitually [8] [8] depart, move away from and live not in the purposes, conspiracies, or advice of those guilty of sin and opposing and resisting Jahuwah, nor do I attend upon or station myself in the road, path, direction, habits, or course of life of those exposed to condemnation and reckoned as offenders because they missed the goal or path of right and duty and need purification from uncleanness, nor do I dwell, remain, sit, abide, or assemble in the assembly with those having open disrespect or willful disobedience to Jahuwah’s laws, statutes, precepts and judgments; or, consider Jahuwah worthy only of being despised and rejected or as lacking value or merit; or, discard or reject as useless  Jahuwah with jeering laughter or ridicule. [9] [9]” Dr. Rivera continues:

 

“Once you decide to be ruled by [Jahuwah], you will be able to see the inherent territorial, class and political limitations in written law. Those who have made a pact with the devil to be ruled by written law live in a clearly identifiable hell on earth, where they are ruled by officers demonically possessed.  The last thing you want to do is file paperwork with their likes.”

I think we all want to get in there and do something. We want to fight and win. I have filed paperwork with these “officers demonically possessed” and had considerable success, but never before anticipating the oppression; never before recognizing that the words could be divided by two; and to my recollection, never before getting the plan from Jahuwah. Now, I recognize that there is a place that we can place ourselves; a spiritual place. Psalm 91:1 calls it the “secret place of the Most High” where we never have to try to win at the IMOC (initial moment of confrontation) but where we never even have IMOCs. There is a place that we can have our abode where “officers demonically possessed” never even have opportunities to divide words in two against us. The secret place of the Most High is a place where we enjoy “shalom”; peace, safety, health, prosperity, tranquilty and contentment without filing a single UCC form. We place ourselves there by subjecting ourselves too and doing Jahuwah’s Word first and foremost. In Deuteronomy 32:47 of Bear’s Prayers it is written with reference to the Torah “For it is not an empty, idle or worthless trifle for me; by it I sustain and refresh myself; by it I lead a lively, vigorous, flourishing, prosperous, revived life [10] [10]and place myself in the land of the living.
