Rights Training for IRS, state tax collectors, & Traffic Tickets

This package contains three memorandums of law and one Supreme Court case that will teach you your rights when dealing with ANY government official whether it is an IRS collections issue, a cop on the road, or a judge in a courtroom.

One memorandum is directed at appellate court judges and reproving them for violating our right to be free from involuntary servitude; 24 pages in length.

The second memorandum is directed at a state trial court judge for compulsory production of tax records that might result in a “penalty” as well as a criminal prosecution contrary to the 4th & 5th Amendments. The Supreme Court decision that caused the 5th Amendment to apply in the states is cited to frequently including that court’s statement that we could not be arrested for asserting the right and dealing with another case where the government asserted they could not enforce traffic laws if the 5th Amendment was a right that could be asserted. The government lost that case; the court telling them if they didn’t like the 5th Amendment they needed to amend the Constitution. 22 pages in length.

The third memorandum included in the package takes a state court to task over requiring defendants to waive their right not to incriminate themselves to obtain their right to state paid counsel. A must read!

The Supreme Court decision, involving a man in Nevada who refused to identify himself, is included for the dissenting opinions where the four dissenters decried the decision as contrary to previous precedent. I added my vote to theirs. Maybe you will too! And, you will learn a lot about your 5th Amendment right as your read their dissenting opinions.

Bonuses: The bonuses that come with this package are worth the price of this package by themselves! See what you get as bonuses below!

Review the videos below to get an idea of the information on your 4th & 5th Amendment rights contained in the memorandums and how you can utilize it in real life situations dealing with government officials.

This is the video discussing the memorandum I included about the public defender application.

My “Judge on a Leash” package; which is a collection of motions that collectively had a 71% win rate and had the effect of putting the judges they were filed with on a leash! That package is described thoroughly here.

My law library legal research video in which I take you book by book through the law library and show you how to do legal research. One paralegal said, We needed that video at the paralegal school. After viewing this video you will know how to find the answer to any legal question in minutes, possibly saving you thousands in attorney fees, or, saving you from unknowingly acting on wrong advice. I teamed up with a professional video producer and together we went into two different law libraries with the video camera and I went over every major law book and demonstrated, up close and in detail, how each of the books work and how they cross reference.

When we converted the video from VHS to digital format a lot of quality was lost. My apologies. My position is you can still learn a lot from it despite the graininess.

Real Player is needed to watch the research video. The link to download that for free is included in a pdf in the package.

Blackstone’s Law Course which was used in the early 1900’s to prepare to pass the bar exam. It is two volumes, in a pdf format, of over 400 pages each. The only thing missing in it is a discussion about today’s administrative law. If you read both volumes you will know a lot about law. The pdf’s will also serve as a starter for any legal procedure; sort of your own legal reference.

All of the above items are a digital download.
